Whatever the reason a client decides to treat themselves to a massage, it always falls into one of the following 6 categories:

• Releasing- Allow your body to realign itself and feel free, loose and balanced
• Nurturing- Use the flow to go into that safe space from which your body can heal itself
• Connecting- Improve your body-awareness and bring your mind back into your body
• Repleting- Take time out for yourself to be still, replenish your energy and feel uplifted
• Energising- Helping you to feel cleansed, revitalised and rejuvenated
• Transforming– Discover your truth and become who you were born to be

But each of these categories requires a COMPLETELY different approach and contact level, plus we must also take into account the differences between each of us.
Indeed, who can tell if a light and delicate touch will allow you to relax, release and accomplish what you have made the appointment for?

It is for this reason that I propose sessions that are always created around you, what you came to accomplish but also the touch that I will ask you to choose each time.

Due to the nature of the sessions and the touch (which can be either very light or very deep and anything in between) you will receive an email asking you to provide the information I need to ensure the relevance of a session.
